Unable to Receive Confirmation Email

Part of the registration process involves the confirmation of your email address and this is done by an email being sent to the address that you have signed up with. This email will include a button to click on for you to confirm your email address.

Some email providers such as Hotmail and Yahoo may detect these emails and flag them as Junk Email so they may not appear in your Inbox. If this is the case then you may need to check your Junk Mail Folders to see if they have been automatically diverted to there.

If the email isn’t in your Junk Mail Folders then it may have been automatically deleted and you may need to add admin@sportingpulse.com as an address in your Address Book so that your mail provider understands us to be a safe sender and it passes these messages on. If you are still unable to receive these emails then please contact SportingPulse Support
