Types of Registration Form 

The 4 types of Registration Forms available are:

1. Member to Association Registrations - Members register to the association (no particular club or team)
2. Member to Club Registrations - Members register to a club within an association
3. Team to Association Registrations - For registering a team into a competition (within an association). Provides a ‘team code’.
4. Member to Team Registrations - Members register to a team within a competition (via a team code)
