Troubleshooting
I changed a page, but the old version is still showing on the website
If this happens you may need to clear the cache. Websites cache (store temporary versions of) pages to improve performance. However, this may mean that any changes you make take a few minutes to appear.
- Click List
in the left menu
- Click the title of the page that has not refreshed. (Note: You cannot refresh a folder. If you have just added a news article to the News Articles folder and you want to see it immediately, you will have to clear the cache on the Page that displays the news articles)
- Click the clear cache button in top right group of buttons.
