Trouble Logging In

If you are trying to access your Results, Fixtures and Ladders but are unable to view these despite already being a member of mySport then there may be an issue with your anti-virus program restricting the access of your cookies.

To fix this you will need to change your firewall to allow you to remain logged into mySport.

Each anti-virus program is different and we recommend that you refer to the documentation (or online help) for your anti-virus program. Please keep in mind that SportingPulse staff are only able to offer general advice about third party software.
