Sportzware Central - Voting

Votes are preferences assigned to participants judged to be the most influential competitors for a match. Through the Sportzware Central program votes can be added and entered, you can view vote tallies and vote tallies can be exported to another format or file.

Enter Votes

1. To enter votes, from the Daily Admin module click Voting, then make sure Enter Votes is checked and click OK.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the type of votes you wish to enter (standard or sponsor) and click Ok.
   Note: Standard votes are votes allocated by match officials or administrators while sponsor votes ahould be allocated by the competition or team sponsor.
3. Select the competition in which the match you wish to allocate votes to exists then click Ok.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the match that you want to enter votes for and click Ok.
   Note: The match must have had results entered in for it before votes can be allocated.
   
   
   
   
5. The top list shows players in the match and the bottom shows players that have been allocated votes. Double click a player to move them between either list.
6. When the next screen opens enter the number of votes you wish to allocate to that player and then click OK to move them to the bottom box.
   
   
   
   
7. Allocate all the votes you wish to for that particular match then click Ok to save the votes you have entered, or cancel to close the window without saving.

View Votes Tallies

1. From the menu at the top of the screen above the navigation centre click Daily Administration, then Voting, then View Vote Tallies.
2. Select either Normal or Sponsor Voting then click Ok.
3. Select the competition that you want to view the vote tally for, and then click Ok
   The Viewing Voting Talley screen will open and will display all the votes received for that particular competition.
   
   
   
   
4. You can also see which matches the players received votes in by double clicking on their name or clicking the + icon next to their Member ID.

Exporting Votes

1. From the menu at the top of the screen above the navigation centre click Daily Administration, then Voting, then View Vote Tallies.
2. Highlight the correct competition, and then click Ok.
3. Right Click anywhere in the screen then click Export
   
   
   
   
4. Click the format that you want to export to then select where you want the new file to be saved.
   
   
   
   
5. Once you have saved the file you will be given the choice to open the file. If you wish to view the exported ladder now click Yes, if not click Cancel.
