Sportzware Central - Match Official Maintenance
The Match Official Maintenance section provides direct access to and entry of match officials in the database.
- From the Navigation Centre, click on the Daily Admin tab.
- Click on Match Official Maintenance.
- The member list will appear with the filter set for match officials.
Enter a New Match Official
This process is exactly the same as entering normal members into the system. When done from the Match Official Maintenance screen, it will check the Member Type as 'match official' by default.
Make a Member a Match Official
- Click on the Membership module from the Naviagation Centre
- Click on Members
- Select the member you need to flag as a match official and click on Edit.
- Click on the 'Seasons' tab.
- Click on either the Club or League season tab, depending on the level in which you want to apply the match official status. You can make the member a match official at both League and Club level if required. Click here for more information on member seasons.
- Select the season record you wish to edit and click on Edit.
- Tick the Match Official box (NOTE: A member can be assigned to multiple member types).
- Click Ok.
- You will notice the Member Type (top right hand corner of the member record) has been updated to reflect the change.
You can now allocate the member to a match as an official in the Match Official Allocation and they will appear in the Match Official Maintenance.
