Steps for Setting Up Your Online Registration Form

Set the Field Order and Headings/Messages

This option allows you to set the order in which fields appear on the registration form as well as add headings and messages to the form.

1. From the Registration Form configuration menu, click on Registration Form Field Order.
2. Click on the field name and use the arrows to move that field in the order.
   
   
   
   
3. To add a header or message, click on Add Text/Header Block.
   
   
   
   
4. Next to ‘Block Type’ select whether you want to add a ‘header’ or ‘text block’ to the registration form
5. Type the text for the header or text block into the text box.
6. Click on Save.
7. Return to the Registration Form Field Order screen and use the arrows to position the header/text block into the correct position.

You can change or remove a text/header block at any time by using the Remove Text/Header block and Edit Text/Header block buttons.
