Set Up Clearance and Denial Reasons

Associations can add the reasons for clearance requests and clearance denials that clubs are able to choose from.

1. Click on the Configuration icon (spanner)
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Manage Lookup Information
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Reason for Clearance or Reason for Denial
4. Click on the Add New Record link to add a new reason or click on Edit corresponding to a reason to change an existing reason.
