Send Message

1. From the Communicator menu, click on Send Message. Two options are available - (1) Predefined List or (2) Communicator Groups.
   
   
   
   
   1. A Predefined List is based on member types - players, coaches, officials, team contacts, etc. If you wish to use this option, click on Predefined List. The member type options will appear. Select a member type.
      
      
      
      
   2. Alternately, you can choose to send an email to one of your Communicator Groups. If you wish to use this option, click on Communicator Groups and select your Group from the drop down list.
      
      
2. After making your selection, click on Continue.
3. A confirmation screen will appear. This screen provides the total number of members selected, and the number of those that have an email address.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Continue to proceed.
5. The 'Compose Message' screen will appear. Write your message in the text editor box.
   
   
   
   
6. Click on Send Message.
   
   
   
   
7. A 'sent mail' confirmation screen will appear.
   
   
   
   
8. You can return to the main Communicator menu at any time by clicking on Return to Options.
