Registration by the Administrator

If you are not using the Online Registration Form, administrators (at association, club or team level) can register members themselves through the database. This process utilises the system’s ‘Seasons’ functionality. Registering members through the database using the Seasons functionality does not automatically assign products or transactions to members.

Follow the steps below to set up your database for registration:

1. Configure Seasons and Age Groups
2. Register an Existing Member
3. Register Multiple Existing Members Simultaneously
4. Register a New Member
5. Manually Manage Member Products and Transactions
