A member’s Transactions area is automatically updated with product and payment information each time the member makes an online transaction through the registration form. However, if a member does not register online the association or club can still add transactions, including product and payment details, to the member’s record through the member’s Transactions area.
The ability to manually add and edit member products and payment details is best suited to associations and clubs that ARE using the Online Registration Form to capture online registrations and payments. It is unlikely that associations and clubs that DO NOT use the Registration Form will want to manually update the Transactions area for every single member in their database.
