Creating a Photograph Topic

1. Click List in the left menu, then click the title of the ‘Gallery Information’ folder.
   
   
   
   
2. Click ‘Create new record’.
   
   
   
   
3. Select ‘Photograph topic’.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the name of the topic.
5. Click Save/Close .
