Clearance Settings (Association Option)

Associations can apply settings for certain age groups. For example, you may want all clearances for players between 18 and 38 years of age to require manual intervention. All other clearances can be auto approved.

1. Click on the Configuration icon (spanner)
2. Click on Clearance Settings
   
   
   
   If you have not yet saved any clearance settings, the first time you click on Clearance Settings the following message will appear.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Add icon in the top right hand corner to add a Clearance Setting for the first time. The Clearance Settings screen will appear.
4. Select an approval option from the drop down list.
5. Enter date of birth start and end ranges to enter the player age range for which the approval rule will apply.
6. Click on Update Settings.
   
   

You will be returned to the List of Clearance Settings screen where you can continue to add clearance settings for other age groups if needed.
