The Seasons module also includes an ‘Age Groups‘ function.
An age group is assigned to a member‘s season record at the time of creation, but can be adjusted at a later stage.
The system can allow for Associations to define their own age groups, or for all age groups to be controlled by the National Body.
Configuration (Spanner) > Age Groups
This will show a list of all the age groups created by the National Body, the Association, or both (depending on the permissions allowed).
You can configure an age group‘s date of birth start and end range. We recommend that the user configures the age groups (ie. the dates that define the age group) whenever they change the ‘New Registration‘ Season. Eg: the new season‘s Under 18‘s Age Group will now have a different date of birth range.
